First thing, you have to have an account on the site. Once you have that all set up simply browser to the category you want to upload a file to and then click the Submit File button and then fill in the appropriate infomation on the form. Once you are done with all that click the Submit File button at the bottom of the form. It may take a few miinutes to upload the file (depending on the size and speed of your connection). 

**NOTE** Please be as accurate as possible when submitting a file. At the present time there is a max limit of 100mb per file. If you have a file that's larger than that use the contact form and send the admins a message with the details and we will manually add the file for you.
